HAYES
WALKER ASSOCIATES is a Project
Management Consulting firm specializing in commercial projects. Full services include planning, construction
management, furniture and equipment fit up and relocation management. We focus on meeting our clients' needs on
time and within budget.
Forming a strategic alliance with our client, we
often represent him or her inside the company.
Then we develop an in-depth understanding of our client's needs to
create effective solutions for their unique circumstances and culture.
Working with building owners and tenants we direct
and coordinate all activities, professionals, contractors and technicians for
design, construction, telecommunications and network cabling, furniture, security,
vendors and movers. Schedules and
priorities are established and closely monitored to make the schedule efficient
and the project cost effective. In
moves, we develop all logistics and move instructions, meet with employees to
prepare them, and direct all aspects of the move. Precision time lines create an orderly,
efficient relocation so business operations can proceed as planned.
After move-in, we can then provide Facilities
Structuring to continue the aesthetics, furniture and
facilities standards built into the planning and design phases of the
project. This ensures adherence to
planned standards, maintains safety requirements that can be compromised over
time, and provides for changes that adhere to or revise the master plan in a
carefully thought out way. The
facilities then present an impressive, "managed" image to customers
and investors.
HAYES
WALKER ASSOCIATES principals each
have over twenty years experience directing 500 plus projects for such
companies as Cisco Systems, Advanced Micro Devices, Cylink Corporation,
SDL, Becton Dickinson, FMC International
AG, Hitachi Computer Products, Technology Modeling Associates, Network Equipment Technologies, Silicon Wireless, Inc., Trammell Crow Company, and
Southwestern Bell.
Projects have included all types of space: fab and other
manufacturing facilities, labs, offices, main frame, biotech, electronics,
financial, legal, high finish executive space, banks,
warehouses, and landscape projects. Over
5 million square feet of space has been completed.
HAYES
WALKER ASSOCIATES has a proven
track record of completing projects on schedule and within budget. We protect our client’s interest like a full
time employee but without continuing costs after the project ends. We take only a few jobs at a time so we can
devote personal attention to all phases of a project, ensuring that all details
are managed to our clients' satisfaction.
Our clients can then concentrate on what they do best. When hiring us, you engage the principals as the
primary team members of your project.
